Our Mission

Runway To Success is a nonprofit dedicated to preparing diverse young women for successful careers in fashion. We are passionate about creating equity for underrepresented groups in the fashion industry. We connect at-risk girls, ages 13-24, with the resources and education needed to thrive as professional fashion designers.

  • Runway to Success is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization founded in August 2020.  Our mission is to mentor, train, and educate at-risk teenagers to become entrepreneurs in the fashion industry.

  • We offer a Business Curriculum to High School Students teaching them how to build, market, and fund their fashion business as well as summer programs geared toward building a business plan and creating a brand around their fashion ideas. Find out more.

    We also offer D.A.S.H. (Diamant's Accepted Senior Honoree) Grant.  The purpose of this grant is to support eligible incoming freshmen with the costs associated with college supplies and/or tuition. Find out more.

  • Yes! If you are a school administrator you may request a program here. Parents may request more information here and we will be in touch!

  • Our summer program is open to young girls, ages 13-18 and our School Curriculum is open to both boys and girls ages 13-18.  To apply for our summer program, you must meet the minimum requirements, apply and be selected to participate.

  • Yes!  We are always looking for qualified and interested individuals to join our team. Please apply for volunteer opportunities here.
